How to Upgrade to a Higher Edition (e.g., from Home to Professional) [Compare Editions]

If you have purchased the Home or Advanced edition of FigrCollage, you can upgrade to a higher edition by following these steps:

1. Purchase the desired edition as a new transaction. You can buy FigrCollage here.
   
2. Email us your previous order number and your new order number. If the new order is within 10 days of the original purchase, we will issue a full refund for the earlier order. If it's after 10 days, a pro-rated refund will be provided based on your remaining subscription time. Please email us at figrcollage@silkenmermaid.com.
   

Example 1: John upgraded from Home to Advanced after 7 days and received a full refund on his Home edition.

Example 2: Crystal upgraded after four months and received a 66.66% refund on her Home edition.

First-time buyers cannot purchase an upgrade; Please purchase a new subscription.
